With Thanksgiving over, the lights and Christmas music is all around us! We celebrated the beginning of the holiday season with the lighting ceremony at Knotts "Merry Farm".
As we walked into the park, you know that the season is upon us. Holly, mistletoe, wreaths and ribbons decorate the park. We enjoyed walking around seeing all of the crafts and activities that have the old fashioned Christmas in mind.

One of my favorite memories at Knott's includes the Engine 41. I remember leaving coins on the tracks as the train made inexpensive squished souvenirs. While they do not allow this anymore, the train is decorated in the holiday spirit and have characters singing carols inside giving our children new memories to savor.

What's Christmas without sweets for Santa? When you arrive at Santa's Cabin, the children can enjoy milk and cookies with Santa while the adults enjoy a alcoholic(or non) beer or wine. The eclairs, cookies and chocolate fountain were a must on our night out.

If you are looking to see some of the entertainment, don't forget the shows all around the park! Camp Snoopy has a great show that includes many of the young ones, the Birdcage Theatre holiday show and Christmas carolers fill the park with music.

The show of the season is of course Snoopy On Ice! The world class skaters gives a top notch show that people pay big money to enjoy. Snoopy included snow throughout his magical show.

We enjoyed an evening full of laughter and fun. My family looks forward to starting off our holiday season with our friends at Knott's Berry Farm and we thank them for this awesome opportunity to share our experiences with all of our friends.
