Mud Runs, Not Just for Adults Anymore: Check Out These Kid Mud Runs! #SoCal #California #Kids

Have you been running 5k's and more and had to leave the kids behind?  Have your kids been asking where you go and how come they can't come? 

After finishing the Warrior Dash this month, we are hooked on Mudders and other Obstacle runs.  After showing our kids how much fun we had, our kids were begging to go play "Wipeout" too!  

Their curiosity and excitement got me wondering if there were scaled down mud and fun runs for the kids as well.  I did a little research and found out that there are quite a few kid friendly runs just their size range from mud pits to 2 mile courses. 


It is my hope that we have the time to enter our kids in a run or two but at the moment we are booked!  We will see how our schedule works out to let them have fun too.

In the meantime, I hope maybe that some of you will find this list helpful in getting your own kids outdoors and getting muddy.
