I was approached to check out Baby Boot Camp at the South Bay Galleria to possibly help with my problem of always finding a babysitter.
Baby Boot Camp is a nationally acclaimed fitness and nutrition program for moms (dads) and expecting moms where they can get fit with their children. The programs not only helps moms get fit, it contributes to child development and helps battle postpartum blues.

Attendees will receive a demo class, nutrition activities and other fun activities. The first 20 - 30 guests will get a special gift bag.
