Imagine a food fight for 5000 people!!! Beer Garden Too!
"The Tomato Battle unifies as many as 5,000 fruit-chucking fanatics for an afternoon of dancing to music, sipping libations, and flinging 300,000 pounds of Roma tomatoes at one another. Mosh in a ketchup-covered fray that marries the traditions of Spain's La Tomatina tomato-throwing festival and Germany's Oktoberfest. Festivities commence at noon with registration and opening, followed by live entertainment and a costume contest. At 4:00p.m., soldiers donning bathing suits, safety goggles, and well treaded shoes converge on piles of past ripe tomatoes and set about pelting people with fruits like sentient apple trees avenging the initial-carving of amorous teenagers. Beats and beer flow until past 7p.m. when ruddy troops lay down their arms and rinse their selves clean of pulp and juice. An extra set of clothes is highly recommended.
All of the tomatoes used during the exhibition will have been previously marked for disposal, making the Tomato Battle an efficient and entertaining use of nonedible waste."

Rules at Tomato Battle:
- Each participant MUST e-sign a waiver whenregistering
- Minors MUST have a their guardian sign a waiver
- Must be 14 years old or older toregister at most events. Some events are 21+. - No glass bottles or other objects that could cause injuries
- Tomatoes must be crushed before throwing so that they don’t hurt anybody
Try to enjoy yourself as much as possible but respect these rules and the people. There has never been a mishap and we would like it to stay that way so everyone can have a good time.
Safety:
- Medics will be present to ensure the safety of all attendees. Medics may examine any attendee at anytime based on their discretion. The medical personnel may remove anyone from the event based on their discretion.
- Participants are responsible for all medical expenses they may incur as a result of participating in Tomato Battle, including but not limited to doctor visits, emergency transportation, hospitalization, or prescription drugs.
- Tomato Battle, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event at their discretion.
Tomato Battle Security:
-Security is present for your safety. Attendees must abide by all instructions given from security personnel. Attendees may be removed from the event at the discretion of security personnel. Causes for removal are profanity, unsportsmanlike behavior, and nudity.
-Attendees that have not registered for the event are not allowed to participate in Tomato Battle."
