Are you a SCUBA Diver? Have you heard about the annual Sport Chalet Treasure Hunt?
From June 25- July 18, clues will be posted to (6) "Golden bars" Hidden off the coast of California and a special Arizona Marine Treasure!
Six sunken treasure bars valued at $5,000 (1), $3,000 (2) and $1,000 (3) in Sport Chalet gift cards will be hidden in diving locations for Scuba enthusiasts to discover.
Who couldn't use $1000+ in Sport Chalet gift cards???!!!
I have participated in the hunt for the last 2 of the 4 years and have come SO close! :-) I have located the dive spots using the clues but have never been the first to find the treasure! Maybe this is the year!
Even if you don't find the treasures... it's a good enough reason to get our fins wet, right? Like we really need an excuse!
Every Tuesday and Thurs from now until July 18th there will be clues released on the Sport Chalet website.
The locators of the "gold bars" will find instructions directing them to the nearest Sport Chalet to claim their prize. Only one person can claim a bar per contest.
Clues will be posted online and in all participating Sport Chalet retail stores.
For safety reasons, participating divers must be at least Open Water level certified, 18 years of age or older and a Sport Chalet Action Pass® member.
