Free Kids Fishing Derby- Mile Square Park 3/16

It's that time of the year again! It's time to take your kids FISHING!

Whenever I see events that are all about bringing the kids outdoors, I'm all in! This month is the Annual Fishing Derby at Mile Square Park! 1500 lbs of trout will be stocked in the lake for our little ones. There will also be prizes to be won and a BBQ lunch for all who participate!

Even if you don't know how to fish, there are always volunteers to help out and fishing rods to borrow. However, they highly recommend bringing a rod if you have one so they don't run out.
